Pack Creek Construction has officially opened its doors in Moab, Utah. After nearly 20 years away, my family and I have returned to the place we’re proud to call home.

During those years away, I built and remodeled homes, ADUs, and light commercial projects in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Bozeman, Montana, gaining experience across a wide range of construction styles and projects.

While in Bozeman, I founded Synergy Builders LLC, a construction company I operated for more than 10 years with a team averaging eight employees. Over those years, we had the opportunity to work alongside incredibly talented general contractors, subcontractors, architects, clients, and employees. Those relationships and experiences helped shape the way I approach construction today—with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, responsible budgeting, communication, and getting the job done right.

Eventually, the call to return home became too strong to ignore. We made the difficult decision to close Synergy Builders and begin a new chapter back in Moab.

Today, my wife and I are excited to be home and once again part of this community. With Pack Creek Construction, I'm bringing nearly two decades of building experience back to the red desert and looking forward to creating lasting relationships and quality projects throughout Moab and the surrounding areas.

Is Pack Creek Construction a new construction company?

Pack Creek Construction is new to Moab, but our construction experience is not. Before returning home to Moab, we spent nearly 20 years building and remodeling in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Bozeman, Montana, including more than 10 years operating Synergy Builders LLC in Bozeman.

Do you only build high-end custom homes?

No. While we have extensive experience with detailed custom and high-end residential construction, we take on many different types of projects. We believe the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail should go into an ADU, remodel, addition, or smaller project as it does a custom home.

Do you build ADUs?

Yes. ADUs are one of the types of projects we specialize in. We can work with homeowners on new detached or attached accessory dwelling units as well as projects that convert or expand existing spaces.

Can you work with my architect or designer?

Absolutely. Our experience includes working alongside architects, designers, general contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners. We believe good communication between everyone involved is an important part of keeping a project organized and moving forward.

How do you approach budgets and timelines?

Budget-focused planning and on-time production are important parts of how we approach every project. We work to establish clear expectations, communicate throughout construction, and make thoughtful decisions that keep the project moving while maintaining quality.
